Whole Self offers capacity-building supports designed to strengthen everyday skills, confidence and independence for neurodivergent teens and young people. Our services are grounded in real-world learning, strengths-based practice and approaches that align with capacity-building outcomes funded under NDIS Improved Daily Living.
In-Home Support
Support workers assist with routines, organisational skills, emotional awareness, communication strategies and household skills — always tailored to individual goals and environments.
Community Access & Participation
We support young people to safely engage in community activities, build social skills, practise independence and develop confidence in public settings.
Respite & Short-Break Services
Short-term, skill-focused breaks that combine capacity building with safe, supportive environments for meaningful life learning.
Day Programs
Structured, group-based opportunities to practise communication, problem-solving, emotional regulation and executive functioning skills.
Parent Coaching & Support
Strengthening families through practical coaching, positive behaviour responses, consistency in strategy implementation and confidence-building for caregivers.
Behaviour Support Plan Implementation
We work under guidance from behaviour practitioners to consistently implement positive behaviour strategies and increase goal progress.
